Life Size Nativity Set - Rental Only

1. Since our products are Christmas display figures, we accept short term rentals (1-3 days) and long term rentals (1-3 months). Rental prices are per use or contract basis.
2. Preparation lead time is 15-30 business days. This period is necessary for us to prepare and make sure that your items are in perfect condition.
3. Rush orders are subject to 15% surcharge.
4. Payments
   1. DEPOSIT:
      1. 10% of the rental price serves as the down payment.
      2. This is required at the time of booking or signing the agreement/ contract. The deposit secures the event date/s for the client and is non-refundable.
   2. RENTAL PAYMENT:
      1. Full payment is due at least 10-15 days before date of delivery.
   3. SECURITY BOND:
      1. 20% of the rental price serves as the bond which will be returned to client 7 working days after pick up and inspection of the rented display figures. This will be paid back via Bank Transfer.
   4. Acceptable forms of payment: Bank Transfer and Cash payment at our office
5. All our rentals are inclusive of VAT, delivery and pick up within Metro Manila. Additional charges will apply for provincial based shipments or deliveries.
6. Our rental pieces cannot be revised or customized. Should you request for upgrades, additional charges may be applied.
7. Our display figures are handcrafted thus slight variations in size, color, and finish may occur (based on the reference photo).
8. Renter assumes full responsibility of item upon possession and agrees to pay full replacement cost for lost or damaged items or unnecessary cleaning of product which will be deducted from the security bond.
9. All order/service changes must be placed in writing or emailed as to avoid any confusion. A detailed invoice will be submitted following any changes to your order. Should client request for changes in the rental schedule (earlier pick up or date extension), applicable charges may incur.
10. Please be aware that once the contract is signed, and your event date scheduled, all other clients have been refused your specific rentals and services for your event date, and thus all payments are non-refundable.

This item is purely for indoor use only. It is not meant to
be wet or washed. Clean it by dusting off particles using a soft clean brush.

You can also use a clean cloth to wipe remaining dust or stains.
