Products

Where are your products made?

Alriver is proudly designed and produced in the Philippines.

What are your best-selling products?

We are known world-wide for holiday angels, nativity sets and holy family sets.

What materials do use to make your products?

Our heads and hands are made from high quality resin. The structure of the figure is made of paper, wire, and MDF wood (for those with bases). As for the clothing, we use a wide array of laces and fabrics like satin, velvet, canvas, and organza. Lastly, handcrafted metal accessories are incorporated to embellish our figures.

What are your available sizes?

Our product ranges from small ornament sizes (5- 8”) to table top pieces (10- 18”). Our life-sized figures (2- 6 feet) are made to order.

How do I clean your items?

Our products are purely for indoor use only. It is not meant to be wet or washed. Clean it by dusting off particles using a soft clean brush. You can also use a clean cloth to wipe remaining dust or stains.

What is your product packaging?

We use brown boxes to pack and secure your order but we also offer gift packaging upon special request.

Where can we see your actual items?

You may visit us at our office showroom in Kapitolyo, Pasig. Kindly schedule at least one day in advance as we are only open by appointment only.

Do you accept walk in customers?

We are only open by appointment only.  We would like to make sure our visitors maximize their visit and meeting with us that’s why, we would like to prepare for all our appointments.

Payments

What mode of payment do you have? What are your payment terms?

Once you place your order from our website, you will be directed to our payment portal where Options for credit card, bank transfer (BDO, BPI, RCBC, and Union bank), Grabpay, Maya, and Gcash
are available.  

Do you accept COD payment?

Yes! Our partner courier, PAYO services this option.

Delivery

Do you deliver outside Metro Manila?

Yes, we deliver nationwide.

How much are your shipping/delivery fees?

Our rates are computed based on the volumetric weight of the package as well as the delivery destinations. Breakdown of shipping fees are presented upon checkout.

What courier do you use to ship the products?
  • Metro Manila orders will be shipped and delivered via Lalamove.
  • COD orders will be dispatched via PAYO.
  • Provincial orders will be shipped either through PAYO, AP Cargo, or Capex Cargo.
Can I arrange pick up of my order?

Absolutely! For order pick up, please wait for our message and confirmation before arranging pick up as we follow a strict releasing schedule. Orders may be picked up from Monday- Saturday, 9- 5pm. Message our socials or call/ text our mobile (0917-7101623) to make arrangements.

Do you have an order lead time?

Transit schedule is as follows:

  • Metro Manila: 1-3 business days
  • Luzon: 5-7 business days
  • Visayas: 7-10 business days
  • Mindanao: 10-15 business days
Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Please take note that shipping charges increase for international shipments. We use FEDEX as our courier.

Custom Orders & Rentals

I want to order life sized nativity, what is your production lead time?

For life-sized sets it takes 30-90 business days to produce

Do you accept customized oders?

Yes, but product development charges may apply depending on the project. For special production orders of gift items, we require a minimum quantity.

I would like to rent your pieces for display, how do we go about this?

We have several selections for rental. You make check the rental part of our Lifesize page to know more about our rates and product options.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept refund items?

Returns/exchanges will only be accepted for defective products.  As stipulated in the CONSUMERS' ACT OF THE PHILIPPINES, returns/exchanges for the following reasons will not be honored:  

  1. Damage caused by mishandling of the customer
  2. Change of mind by the customer

Returns/exchanges must be accompanied by a purchase receipt. If you are shipping your items back please include the corresponding receipt in the box with the items.

Merchandise may be exchanged/returned within 14 DAYS from the DATE OF PURCHASE. Products must be in their original condition and not removed from original packing, if any.
