1. All life-size figures are made to order.
2. Production lead time is 45-90 working days.
3. Rush orders are subject to 15% surcharge.
4. Prices are VAT inclusive.
5. We require 50% down payment to start a life-sized project. The balance payment must be settled upon presentation of final product (photo update).
6. Delivery or pick up may only be arranged once full payment is settled.
7. All delivery costs are to the account of the buyer.
8. We accept customized orders however product development charges may apply, depending on the project.
9. All Alriver products are handcrafted and slight variations in size, color, and finish may occur.

be wet or washed. Clean it by dusting off particles using a soft clean brush.
