Welcome to Alriver Export Corporation. By accessing, browsing, or shopping on this Website, you agree to all the terms and conditions in this agreement. Please read them carefully.

Access and Use of the Website 

1. You may only use the Website for non-commercial purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
2. We may, from time to time, restrict access to certain features, parts or content of the Website, or the entire Website, to users who have registered with us.
3. If you choose to open an account with us you must ensure that any registration details you provide are accurate. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or other security breach of which you become aware.
4. We reserve the right to disable any account, at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms or if any details you provide for the purposes of registering as a user prove to be false.

Intellectual Property

1.      All content and materials on the Website are the sole and exclusive property of Alriver Export Corporation. You may not reproduce, by any means, in full or in part, distribute, publish, transmit, create derivative works based on, modify or sell any such content or materials contained on the Website.

2.      Alriver Export Corporation remains the owner of the creations relating to the products displayed on the Website. The Terms and Conditions do not grant you or any other person any entitlements of any kind to the intellectual property rights held by Alriver Export Corporation.

3.      These intellectual property rights prohibit the  affixing  of  the  Alriver Export Corporation designs and/or  its  logos,  or  the  insertion  of photos of the products or their packaging in any  material, including but not limited to brochures, posters, catalogues, correspondence, press articles, audiovisual works, without express prior written approval from Alriver Export Corporation. 

4.      You agree to refrain from fabricating and/or arranging for the fabrication of, for itself or on behalf of third parties, products that are identical to, and/or similar to, and/or constituting imitations of the products displayed on the Website or derivative products within the meaning of intellectual property laws and regulations.

Ordering

1. All orders may only be placed on the Website by customers purchasing for personal use and not intended for resale.  Any resale of Alriver Export Corporation products purchased on the Website is strictly prohibited. By placing an order you declare and guarantee that you act as a final consumer and that you do not intend to resell Alriver Export Corporation products for commercial purposes.
2. Your purchase and order of products on this Website constitutes your agreement with Alriver Export Corporation to comply with and be bound by the Terms and Conditions.  For each order you place on the Website, your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions is in force as of the date of your order.
3. Alriver Export Corporation reserves the right to cancel your order for any reason without liability if, among other things, the products are not available, are incorrectly priced or are otherwise incorrectly described.  
4. We make every effort to show you images and descriptions of Alriver Export Corporation Products which are accurate and realistic. The images are for illustrative purposes only. We cannot guarantee that a device's display of the colors accurately reflects the color of the Alriver Export Corporation Your Alriver Export Corporation Products may vary slightly from those images. Sometimes we will need to make changes to our products to comply with laws and regulations, which may mean your Alriver Export Corporation Products vary from the description.
5. The Website only accepts orders within the Philippines. International orders must be coursed through (632) 8631 7139 or email us at local.alriver@gmail.com. If you have any questions about the products, you may contact Customer Service by clicking on the "Contact Us" section of the footer of the Website. Our business hours are Mondays to Fridays 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

 
Product Availability

1. Products offered for sale and displayed on the Website are subject to availability. Alriver Export Corporation shall not be liable in case of stock outage or unavailability of products.
2. Alriver Export Corporation reserves the right to change the products offered for sale on the Website at any time and without notice.
3. Should the Product be unexpectedly unavailable, we will inform you by email or by phone as soon as possible.  You will be invited to choose another available product on the Website as substitution for the unavailable product or to cancel your order.   If you cancel your order, you will be refunded in the mode of payment used within ten (10) business days.
4. Customized products cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.

 
Price and Payment

1. All the prices of the Products published on the Website are expressed in Philippine Pesos and are inclusive of all applicable Philippines taxes but exclusive of shipping cost.
2. Alriver Export Corporation hereby reserves the right to change the price of Products at any time, without prior notice, it being understood that the price charged to the user shall be the one indicated on the Website at the time the order was placed and will not take account of any variations, either increases or decreases, subsequent to the order confirmation.
3. Payment is due immediately upon confirmation of your order. We accept bank deposits and credit card payments through Xendit and Payo.
4. Online payment transactions are subject to validation checks by your credit card issuer. We are not responsible if your card issuer declines to authorize payment for any reason.
5. International orders are subject to taxes, exportation permits and/or taxes in the Philippines and importation taxes that may be imposed by the country where your order is to be delivered. Shipping and Delivery
 

1. Deliveries are made to the address specified in the order form. You are solely responsible for the shipping address provided.
2. Your order will be delivered within 5 to 15 working days. A tracking link will be sent to you in the Shipping Confirmation email.
3. Shipping cost are based on volumetric weight. Our products are intricate and delicate and require special protective packaging. Rates starts at ₱280 for Metro Manila.
4. All products within the same order cannot be split and delivered to different addresses.
5. Deliveries are made by courier Mondays to Saturdays, excluding holidays. It is not possible to specify a precise time at which a delivery will take place. The courier will contact you by SMS or Viber to confirm date and time of delivery. Please note that the courier will require deliveries to be signed for.
6. International orders cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes. International orders may be opened and inspected by customs authorities and may be subject to import duties and taxes when the delivery reaches its destination. Alriver Export Corporation has no control over any import duties and taxes and cannot predict the amount. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information before placing an order. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
7. In the event of impediments to the delivery due to acts of God, Alriver Export Corporation will inform you by e-mail. We will not be held in any way responsible for any delay caused by acts of third parties and/or acts of God.
8. In the event that the package has evidence of tampering or alteration, do not open the package and contact us immediately at (632) 8631 7139 or email us at local.alriver@gmail.com.
9. In the event of non-delivery to the address specified due to the absence of the recipient, the courier will contact you to reschedule delivery. If these attempts are also unsuccessful, we will follow the procedure below.
   1. The product will be shipped back to Alriver Export Corporation.
   2. After thirty days from the date on which the product has been returned to Alriver Export Corporation, the contract will be considered as terminated and the purchase order canceled.
   3. Alriver Export Corporation will reimburse the amount paid, net of the cost of delivery of the product and the cost of returning the same to Alriver Export Corporation. The termination of the contract and the refund amount will be communicated to the user via email. The refund amount will be credited to the payment mean used for the purchase.
   4. In the event that, before the end of the thirty days, you ask to resend the purchased product, you will be charged the cost of returning the product to Alriver Export Corporation and the cost of the second delivery.
10. Delivery is deemed complete when the product is received at the address specified in the order form. This marks the end of the of the sale.
11. It is your responsibility to check the conditions of the delivered product. Returns, exchanges and refunds will only be entertained within 7 days from receipt of your order.

 
Return and Exchange
 
At Alriver Export Corporation, it is our purpose to provide beautiful products that are just as durable. However, as our products are hand-made, occasionally they may contain small imperfections. We also understand that sometimes people change their mind after making a purchase and may wish to return and exchange an item. Please read our policy for returns and exchanges carefully.
 
Returns/exchanges will only be accepted for defective products.  As stipulated in the CONSUMERS' ACT OF THE PHILIPPINES, returns/exchanges for the following reasons will not be honored:  

1. Damage caused by mishandling of the customer
2. Change of mind by the customer

Returns/exchanges must be accompanied by a purchase receipt. If you are shipping your items back please include the corresponding receipt in the box with the items.
Merchandise may be exchanged/returned within 14 DAYS from the DATE OF PURCHASE. Products must be in their original condition and not removed from original packing, if any. 
 
REFUND POLICY
 

1. We can process refunds for damaged or defective goods only.
2. We do not give refunds on the following items:
   1. Products purchased at a discount.
   2. Products received 15 days or more from date of receipt.
3. If you receive a damaged or defective item, reply to the order confirmation and state that you will begin a request for a refund. You can attach a photo of the damaged item.
4. Return the item to Alriver Export  Corporation, 246 Sta Monica Street, Bo. Kapitolyo, Pasig City, Metro Manila Philippines, 1603 in the original packaging via courier. Once we receive it we will examine the product’s condition and email you on how to proceed.
5. Refunds granted will be made within 10 business days of receipt of the product returned by and will be done by means of payment in which the order was made.

 
Liability Exclusion
 

1. The material contained in this Website may contain inaccurate information and typing errors. Alriver Export Corporation declines all liability concerning losses or damage caused by these inaccuracies.
2. Alriver Export Corporation reserves the right to change the Website and its contents at any time without an obligation to notify such change in advance or at a later date.
3. We cannot and do not guarantee that any content of the Website will be free from viruses and/or other code that may have contaminating or destructive elements.
4. Alriver Export Corporation may update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice by posting them on this Website. You can view the most current version of the Terms and Conditions at any time at the Footer of the Website.
